Lease 65 Oyster Shop

If you love fresh oysters then head down to the Lease 65 Oyster Shed at Shed 2, 444 Binalong Bay Rd St Helen’s. Here you can pick up award-winning oysters that are usually found only at high end restaurants around the world. Craig Lockwood and the team at Lease 65 will happily answer all your oyster questions and pack your oysters in a leak proof bag to take away. You can’t actually eat here but there are plenty of local picnic spots you can take your oysters to indulge on.

The Lifebuoy Café

The Lifebuoy Café at 29 Quail St St Helen’s, is a great place to enjoy breakfast cook up. With plenty of gluten free and vegetarian options, enjoy pancakes, eggs with all the trimmings and lots of delicious breakfast goodies. The staff are friendly but it does get busy so can be worth booking ahead.

Pyengana Dairy

Pyengana Dairy (St Columba Falls Rd, Pyengana), has been run by the Healey family for more than a century. With dairy cattle a plenty, make sure you try the award winning 12 month aged Tasty Cheddar – it is to die for! There is also a great café the Holy Cow Café where you can indulge in Devonshire tea, fresh milkshakes and home-made ice cream. Yum!
